Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at UltimateNutrition.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
UltimateNutrition.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
UltimateNutrition.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
UltimateNutrition.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return Policy
Ultimate Nutrition may accept returns of merchandise purchased directly from Ultimate Nutrition through Ultimatenutrition.com when the following conditions are satisfied:
1. The merchandise must be received by Ultimate Nutrition within 15 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
2. You must provide your Order ID Number when submitting a return request. You will receive your Order ID Number the moment your order is placed.
3. The product must NOT be opened in order to qualify for a return. Returns for products that have been opened will incur a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. The original order must be placed on UltimateNutrition.com. We do not accept returns on behalf of Amazon, Walmart, Overstock, or any other online marketplaces. We do not accept returns for products purchased from a brick and mortar store.
5. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Ultimate Nutrition will not provide a prepaid return label for returns.
If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (9-5 Eastern, M-F) before sending the merchandise back. You will be asked to provide your Order ID Number as received when an order was placed on the Site. Once we determine that your merchandise is eligible for return (see Return Policy), you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise
We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order. We understand that, on rare occasions, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately via our contact form and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.
Promotional Items
All sales of promotional items (free product, sale items, and giveaways) are FINAL and will not be eligible for return. Ultimate Nutrition will not accept any returns of promotional items and will not issue refunds on these items.
