Please note the issue I had was while mixing with soy milk. With just water it mixes really well for both flavors.
*Highly recommend for those who need an alternative to Whey and Casein.*
So far I have tried 2 flavors. Chocolate and Blue Raspberry. Love the Chocolate one and the flavor of the Blue Raspberry one. As for the Blue Raspberry one hopefully the formula can be improved because it doesn't mix well (some lumps after shaking) and if you shake it too hard it produces too much foam that doesn't dissolves. For this reason I'll be avoiding Blue Raspberry, but worth mentioning it does blend well with fruits and ice in a blender. The Chocolate one mixes well with no issues.
As for other positive notes I digest it without issues, no bloating. I don't digest well Whey and Casein proteins and I need to avoid cholesterol and high fat. I did tried the Iso Sensation one which is great but I find Carnebolic to digest better in my unique case.
