This stuff is like gasoline for your muscles, and it works the best twice a day. Once after your workout, and again before you go to bed. Has all the amino acids and vitamins that your muscles need. I keep about 60 lbs of this protein around all the time. I ordered this product everytime I use my 2nd bucket. BEST STUFF ON THE MARKET, BUT THAT IS MY OPINION AND MY BODY.

This stuff is basically a giant bucket of gains!
I’ve been taking it for a week now. One shake at night with whole milk and I’ve stacked on 11 lbs.
putting me at 221.5
I have trouble getting a large caloric surplus to stack on pounds due to my work and lack of time to consume food throughout the day.
This stuff seriously works. I do go to the gym everyday and do strenuous workouts. And work a strenuous job. But this stuff is like magic. I’m going to stick with one shake a day in the evening till I plateau and then maybe I bump it up to 2 a day. I post with my final weight on 1 shake a day. I do highly recommended this product.
