Cancellation/Refund Policy

Ultimate Nutrition stands by the quality of our products.  If anything is found to be less than optimal, our Quality Department will conduct a thorough investigation.
Ultimate Nutrition MAY accept returns of merchandise purchase directly from www.ultimatenutrition.com if all of the following conditions are met:

  • You must provide your order number
  • Merchandise must be received within 15 days of your purchase, no returns will be accepted after this time period
  • Dietary supplements and other consumables must be at least 90% unused.

All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase.
